before use
Before opening the product package, please first confirm whether the product is damaged.
Before using the pot for the first time, you must first warm it with white vinegar and clean it once, then rinse it with hot water, and wipe it dry inside and outside before use. The pot cover can be cleaned with clean water. If you use pig skin or cooking oil to wipe the inside of the pot, the performance will be better.

Using
1. Cook over medium-low heat:
Medium-low fire means that the flame does not exceed the bottom of the pot;
The advantage of cooking over medium-low heat is that it saves energy and the pots are less likely to turn yellow or black.
2. Before cooking, you need to wipe off any moisture or oil inside and outside the pot to prevent the outer surface of the pot from turning yellow and black.
3. Do not cook in an empty pot for a long time, as it may cause fire and deformation of the pot body.
4. The food capacity should be controlled at 70-80% of the pot volume.
5. Although Changwen multi-purpose pots have excellent resistance to strong acid and alkali, you should avoid placing strong acid and alkali food for a long time as much as possible.

If the pot lid cannot be opened during use, it is because:
1. Cooking sticky or swelling food for a long time will cause the pot body and lid to stick.
2. After the pot is heated and cooked, the lid is not opened immediately. After the pot cools down, the pressure inside the pot increases due to the decrease in temperature, causing the pot lid to be temporarily unable to be opened. (After overcooking the pot, causing it to overflow or burn, if you immediately put the pot under cold water and rinse it, the large temperature difference will also cause the pot lid to be sucked and unable to be opened. This is due to incorrect usage. Caused.)
If you encounter the above situation, just turn on the heat again for a while and then open the lid. If the pot has dried out, you need to add some water along the edge of the pot and then heat it to open it.

After use
1. After using the pot, use the remaining heat of the pot, add warm water and a little detergent, and use a sponge or scouring pad to clean the inner and outer walls and bottom of the pot. After cleaning, wipe the pot body and bottom with a dry cloth. Cleaning in this way saves time and effort.
2. After use, do not rinse the pots with cold water immediately to avoid causing a large amount of water mist, making the pots difficult to clean. It is recommended to use warm water for cleaning.
3. There is no need to use metal cleaning tools, just use a sponge or scouring pad.
4. For stubborn stains, you can heat the pot with water for a few minutes before cleaning.
5. If there are white spots on the inner wall of the pot after use, it means that the starch in the water and food has attached to the surface of the pot wall during the heating process. The removal method is simple, just wipe it with a little vinegar or lemon slices.
6. If rainbow colors appear on the pot, it is caused by overheating of salt and minerals in food. Use a stainless steel-specific cleaner to clean it.
7. After using the pot, whether you use ordinary dishwashing liquid or a special stainless steel cleaner, rinse the pot with clean water, and be sure to wipe it dry with a dry rag. Otherwise, the detergent left in the pot will corrode the surface of the pot when it is wet.
