We have set up our R&D team of exports in stainless steel production for decades and an in-house testing lab, which greatly reinforces our production technics and efficiency, in three main phases:

MATERIAL

We establish a long-term partnership with material suppliers. According to specification of different orders, we are able to order and process raw material of medium to high quality which can satisfy the testing requirements of various standards, such as (US) FDA, (DE) LFGB, etc.

STRUCTURE

We possess larger-tonnage impact bonding machines to enlarge bottom diameter of frypans and casseroles for a wider range of choices. Periodically our R&D team holds a seminar on the subjects of technics optimization and updates on industrial designs.

COATING

We jointly develop with domestic and overseas coating companies particular coating that is suitable for each spepcific product category. Unlike generally-used coating, the performance of our development outcome gets improved, which last longer and become harder to fall off.

Aiming at different markets, we are able to design and test new moulds weekly for all components to accommodate diversified preferences. With the help of automated production lines, we change in sync with the market trends to always keep products up-to-date, and come with improvements on product quality and market demands, thus to further lower the cost and increase competitive advantages.
